Terms of Use Service: Vibelocate (the app and the website vibelocate.com) Version: 1 · Effective date: 30 April 2026 These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the Vibelocate service (the "Service"). By registering and using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. 1. What Vibelocate is Vibelocate is a service for quickly gathering small groups around offline activities nearby and on schedule. It lets you create meet-ups, find meet-ups near you, join them, and leave reviews of participants. Important: Vibelocate is a platform. We are not the organiser of meet-ups, we do not run them and do not take part in them. Some events are created by users; some come from public sources. 2. Age You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18. 3. Account Sign-in is via Google or Apple. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it. You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate others. We may suspend or delete an account that violates these Terms. 4. Conduct and user content You are responsible for the content you post (meet-ups, photos, reviews). You must not post content that: breaks the law or infringes the rights of others; contains insults, threats, hate speech or harassment; is spam, fraud or misleading; contains sexual material, violence or dangerous activities; discloses other people's personal data without their consent. Content goes through automated moderation. We may remove any content and restrict access to the Service for rule violations. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it for operating the Service (displaying it to other users). You retain the rights to your content. 5. Offline meet-ups — disclaimer This is a key clause. Vibelocate helps people arrange to meet, but meet-ups happen in real life at your own risk: we do not verify the identity, trustworthiness or intentions of participants; we do not organise meet-ups and are not responsible for how they are conducted, their safety or their consequences; the decision to attend any meet-up is yours alone; be careful, meet in public places and use common sense. We are not liable for the actions of other users or for any harm arising in connection with meet-ups organised or found through the Service. 6. Content from public sources Some information about events, places and activities is taken from public sources. We do not verify it fully and are not responsible for its accuracy, safety or the consequences of participation. 7. Intellectual property The Service, its design, logo and source code belong to the Operator. Third-party trademarks and logos belong to their owners. Using the Service does not grant you rights to these, other than the right to use the Service as intended. 8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, freedom from errors, or that the Service will meet your expectations. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or any harm related to use of the Service or to meet-ups. 9. Termination You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time under Profile → Privacy & Data. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for technical or organisational reasons. 10. Changes We may update these Terms. The current version is always available in the app and on the website. For material changes, we will ask you to confirm your consent again. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms. 11. Governing law These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus, without prejudice to the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. 12.
