What equipment do I need to scan tickets at the door?
A camera-equipped smartphone, staff access, and an internet connection. Select the correct event session before scanning.
How do payments and payouts work?
We agree payment processing and payout terms during onboarding. A sales summary is not a confirmed bank payout, and we do not promise an automatic transfer date.
Can I combine general admission and assigned seats?
A session uses either category quotas or assigned seats. Different sessions can use different modes. Table reservation requests are a separate feature and do not collect deposits.
In which countries and currencies does Vibelocate work?
