On Friday, June 19, Elysium's O'Shin invites Japanese cuisine lovers to a night where fire, technique and taste become one. Star of the evening? Yakitori, the favorite Japanese art of grilling, turns into an exciting live dining experience.
Next to the iconic swimming pool of Elysium, in a setting that combines the coolness of the summer evening with the atmosphere of a modern Japanese restaurant, visitors will have the opportunity to watch the process of creating each dish closely. The flames light, the racks take place and the chefs prepare a specially designed menu that highlights the simplicity, accuracy and authenticity of Japanese cuisine.
