Kornos Municipal Apartment and the Municipality of Lefkada announce with great pleasure the organization of the 1st Kornos Choir Festival, entitled "Tales behind the songs", which will take place on Sunday, June 21, 2026, at 7:30 p.m., in Kornos Square.
The event aspires to be a new institution of culture and musical expression, bringing together choirs, musicians and friends of choral art to an evening full of melodies, memories and cultural heritage. Through songs accompanied by their own special stories, the audience will have the opportunity to travel to different times, experiences and traditions. The festival is attended by: Community "Mandolineta Beyond Mountain" & "Tamassios Trovadoures" Choir "Composition" Choir of Municipal Apartment Cornou More than 100 choirs will join their voices, offering the audience a unique music experience that highlights the strength of the song to convey memories, feelings and stories.
The festival is organized by the Cornos Community Choir, the Kornos Municipal District and the Municipality of Lefkada. Admission is free for the public.
