Resiou Festival comes this year with dance and music in the mountainous Paphos In July we go to the village of Letymbou in Paphos, to enjoy a weekend dedicated to "Resi": one of the most traditional dishes served in a Cypriot wedding. Saturday, July 24th and Sunday 25th, they will prepare a stream for all of us, giving us a unique opportunity to taste this special food. A chance you shouldn't miss!
