A night dedicated to sparkling wines and wine PDO Wine Villages at Dionysus Mansion
After the great success of the recent wine pairing dinner at Rous Restaurant, the experience is transferred to Limassol, through a special collaboration with Dionysus Mansion.
The event is a celebration of a long-term collaboration based on common love for hospitality, excellent gastronomy and unique wine experiences.
Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy a carefully edited menu of many dishes, accompanied by selected Zabartas Winery labels. At the same time, the winery's new sparkling wine will be presented exclusively, along with a separate selection of PDO Wine Village wines, specifically selected to highlight the flavors of the menu and the special character of the historical wine-growing zone of Cyprus.
Within the elegant surroundings of Dionysus Mansion, the evening will highlight the art of combining food and wine, presenting how the right harmony between the two can take off both the dish and the wine.
