From September 14 to 25, 2026, the City Hall of the 8th arrondissement hosts the exhibition “A Swallow on the Roofs of the 8th Arrondissement” by artist Cécile Raynal. Through her paintings, Cécile Raynal offers a unique perspective on Paris and especially on the 8th arrondissement. Roofs, facades, windows and urban perspectives become points of view to rediscover familiar places from another angle. Her work gives special attention to architecture and the details that make up the Parisian landscape, inviting the visitor to gain height and see the city differently.
