After two first sold‑out evenings in June, The Mahogany Sessions returns to Paris on September 25 and 26, 2026 at Peloton Studio, in the heart of the Marais.
Imagined by singer and artistic director Crystal Petit, the show offers a musical journey between soul, jazz and pop, around the songs of Burt Bacharach, Dionne Warwick, Diana Ross and other great figures of timeless music.
The format is deliberately intimate: one voice, one piano and only about fifty spectators, to rediscover the songs in their purest form and create a real closeness with the audience.
Based in Paris for more than 25 years, Crystal Petit has worked as a singer, songwriter and vocal coach with many artists, including Sylvie Vartan, Michel Sardou, M. Pokora and Ben l’Oncle Soul. She has also written and sung for cinema, notably on projects by Michaël Youn, worked as a vocal coach for the César awards, and co‑founded and directed vocal ensembles that have performed at Carnegie Hall.
Inspired by the elegance, romance and universe of the film Mahogany, the evening starts at 7:30 p.m. with a welcome aperitif and some bites, before the concert at 8:30 p.m.
