PHOTOGRAPHY WORKSHOP - black and white lab initiation

Day 1 :
Film development and creation of the first contact sheets.
Analysis of contact sheet images for the initial selection of photos for printing. After presenting work in the black‑and‑white lab, various enlargers, masking work on prints, we will enter the lab to make prints until the end of the session.
Day 2 :
Throughout the day you will work in the lab. Masking techniques, use of badines, exposure times, contrast filters will no longer be a mystery to you! Each participant will choose an image from their negatives for printing at a size of 24 × 30 cm.
At the end of the session, while the final images are drying, we will summarize post‑processing and discuss the workshop results to better share the experience and challenges of each print.
Participants will leave with their works.
Requirements : having already exposed black‑and‑white photographic film ready for development, from which we will make prints in the lab. This course is offered to beginners as well as those just starting out.
What to bring : apron, black‑and‑white film already exposed for development in the lab (note! You will not be able to develop films requiring C41 chemical processing).
