Create, breathe, share: three workshops to take care of yourself through the arts
On the occasion of the 2026 Mental Health Information Weeks, come discover three collective creative workshops led by Aurélie Beer, expressive artist and art therapist.
These meetings offer a welcoming and caring space to express yourself differently, regain momentum, and create connections. Painting, drawing, collage, writing, and movement will be offered throughout the sessions.
No artistic skill is required: everyone participates freely, at their own pace, creating, writing, moving, speaking, or simply observing. The creations are neither judged nor interpreted, and each person remains free to share them or not.
The three workshops
Thursday, October 1 — Shaping what moves us
Explore colors, drawing, collage, and a few words to give shape to your emotions.
Thursday, October 8 — From body to trace
Start with a gentle movement, then let the gesture become a creation on paper.
Thursday, October 15 — Reclaiming your resources and creating connection
Identify what supports you through a personal creation, then freely contribute to a collective artwork.
The workshops are especially intended for people going through a difficult period, psychological wounds, violence, or a feeling of isolation. They are also open to anyone curious about how the arts can contribute to well‑being.
Hours: 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Location: dance studio, 92 bis boulevard du Montparnasse, 75014 Paris
Participation: free, materials provided
