Mediterranean Season 2026 · The Food Temple Morocco Festival at the Carreau du Temple
When: 18.09.2026 19:00
Where: 48.864479, 2.362067
Organizer: Admin
Food Temple celebrates its tenth edition! After Colombia, Australia, and Brazil last year, the large Hall of the Carreau du Temple invites you on a cultural and gustatory journey to the heart of Morocco, with Chef Fatéma Hal and Chef Adel Alaoui as the event’s godmother and godfather.
Rich in flavors and enchanting aromas, Moroccan cuisine draws its identity from a subtle blend of Berber, Arab-Andalusian, and Jewish traditions. From pastilla to couscous, from tagine to méchoui, to sweets like gazelle horns, it tells a plural and generous story. Over three days, tastings, meals, workshops, and culinary masterclasses will allow you to become familiar with these traditional recipes and more contemporary creations. The Temple’s small souk will bring together a selection of artisans specially from Marrakech and Essaouira with their stalls of fragrant spices, scented olive oils, and colorful ceramics.
Below the Hall, the artistic stage extends this dialogue between tradition and modernity. Historical and contemporary photographs, concerts, documentaries reveal a plural, creative, and dynamic contemporary Morocco.
The watchword for these three days? A joyful and inclusive festival where everyone comes to discover, taste, and celebrate the richness of Moroccan culture in a spirit of sharing.
