Rewrite "Honorine", cycle of creative writing workshops

The cycle consists of 4 sessions. Possibility of following the cycle of writing workshops or participating in a workshop on an ad hoc basis.
Through the process of rewriting, it is a question of placing oneself in the continuity of the Balzacian spirit:
a careful observation of human passions and social mechanisms. Inspired by excerpts from Honorine, you will be invited to imagine letters, dialogues, thoughts of a character, testimonies and stories that enrich and/or move the meaning and points of view of the work.
Finally, the debate around the question "who of the woman or man had
wrong in the fault of the woman?" will be replayed from extracts of Honorine supplemented by these
fictional testimonies, as a true collective staging of the investigation. This review
will allow us to confront the eyes, to bring out contradictory interpretations.
By putting the Balzac era in perspective and our contemporary look, the workshop opens a
discussion space where the text becomes alive, reinterpreted in the light of sensitivities
Today.
The writing time is followed by a time of reading aloud the written texts and exchanges.
Finally, if you wish, a collective work bringing together the extracts of Balzac completed by
all texts produced during the workshop cycle will be offered to each participant,
as a trace of this shared literary adventure.
