A unique culinary event dedicated to Cyprus’s most famous and much-loved traditional delicacy — pureki pastries! This year’s programme is packed with surprises.
Under the guidance of a professional chef, children will be able to make both traditional and modern poureki themselves, discovering the joy of culinary creativity.
Adults will be able to sample stunning poureki, baked right on the spot, which carefully preserve the flavours of yesteryear.
The festival will come alive with the sounds and movements of traditional dance schools and choirs, rich in local colour.
Throughout the festival, stalls offering a variety of street food, drinks and local produce will be open for guests.
At 8.00 pm, the popular singer Stavros Konstantinou and his orchestra will lift everyone’s spirits with a dynamic live music programme!
