It is little known, but the Muette city in Drancy was also a prisoner-of-war camp under the name Frontstalag 111. From this example and a few other camps, our guests will rely on archives, photographs, and testimonies to explore the daily life of prisoners of war during World War II: detention conditions, cultural and artistic practices, captivity experiences, and memory construction. A dive into a still largely unknown history, illuminated by the richness of visual sources.
