At the Historical Library of the City of Paris, Paris
Design Week deploys a plural programming through two exhibitions where the relation to the material, the
living and know-how is available.
Founded in 2025, the ppdesigner collective brings together seven
designers. The exhibition Service included,
within the BHVP, will take the form of an open-air coffee gathering a
40 designers around the Parisian café, living space and
meet. Without uniform furniture or standardized menu, each element,
chair, table, dishes or lamp, will compose a heterogeneous set where the
practices intersect. Throughout the exhibition, readings and
Activations will be organized, making the place a living space.
The Bois Français & Design 2026 competition, led by the
Fibois, highlights a new generation of committed designers
the development of local wood. More than 20 projects were selected
Of the 80 applications received. The exhibition invests the courtyard and spaces
of the library, showing the diversity of approaches, between innovation
the formality, responsible use of resources and reflection on methods of
production.
