A celebration dedicated to the grape and Cypriot tradition, with authentic products, souvlaki and beautiful gatherings
When the grape becomes palouzes and siousioukko, tradition holds its own festival! On Sunday September 13, the Cultural Association of Kambo–Tsakkistra brings to Nicosia aromas, flavors and images from the two villages, inviting the public to a special afternoon.
From 5:00 PM, at the family restaurant “To Park”, in Archangelos, visitors will have the chance to enjoy traditional palouze and siousioukko, delicious souvlaki and authentic local products. A tasty meeting that highlights the recipes, products and customs that pass from generation to generation.
Above all, the event is a beautiful occasion for villagers, diaspora and friends of Kambo and Tsakkistra to reunite, share stories, flavors and memories. Because palouzes need a pot, siousioukko needs patience and tradition needs people to come together.
