On Sunday, September 13, the Family Restaurant “To Parko” in Archangelos will fill with aromas of thyme, fire and freshly baked palouze, in a beautiful celebration that invites us to relive tradition and share it with family and friends.
Preparations in Nicosia have already begun, to set everything up as it should be: to prepare the space, to light the fire, to bring the charcoal and bake the palouze in front of you, while we will be waiting for you with a smile and genuine Cypriot hospitality.
