Moby Dick, a marionnettic odyssey at Silvia Monfort Theatre
When: 13.11.2026 20:30

From the first images, the plateau
transforms into a moving space where waves, creatures and
visions. Seven interpreters give life to about fifty figures –
life-size, lilliputian or gargantuan – creating a
dense scenic matter, crossing shadows and tensions. At the heart of
Ahab's quest, carried away by his devouring obsession for
whale Moby Dick, trains the crew in a crossing without return.
Between
monumental puppets, visual or invisible manipulations and
video projections, everything helps blur the boundaries between real
and illusion. The evasive, fascinated look in this perpetual theatre
metamorphosis of extreme beauty.
