Minino Garay takes his quarters to the JASS Club. For each evening, he gathers a trio and invites one or two musicians with whom he likes to share the scene.
Tonight, he welcomes an obvious accomplice: the saxophonist Baptiste Herbin, virtuoso to the rare sensitivity and inescapable figure of the French jazz scene. Driven by the same passion and the same musical curiosity, their meeting must have given rise to a common project. Los Arregladores is the fruit of this: a celebration of the art of arrangement carried by a deep and generous repertoire that embraces all the richness of Latin American music.
The duo is playing quartet tonight, joined by Leonardo Montana on piano and Felipe Cabrera on double bass.
