«Underdog» which could be literally translated as “under dog” referred to the loser of a dog fight and more broadly today the one who has little value in society.
UNDERDOG is a solo choreographic piece for a dancer who composes her dance and the original soundtrack of the work live using an analog keyboard, a drum machine and a looper. It is a stage device that invites the discovery of a being who seeks, through sound, voice and movement, to dialogue with its strengths and weaknesses in order to try to expose the complex truth of a body.
