A true exhibition-show, Magic explores the link between illusion and perception, bringing together the arts of magic and cognitive science. Designed with contemporary magic companies, it crosses the most current forms of illusion with recent research on how the brain works. It shows how magicians have always integrated scientific and technical advances to reinvent their practices.
Extraordinary powers, mentalism, appearance/disappearance, levitation… Through spectacular experiments and installations, your certainties shatter and questions fly: what do you see, do you understand, do you believe? Intertwining wonder, unease and critical thinking, Magic deeply questions our relationship to reality and the way our brain constructs it.
