The 37th edition of the Mental Health Information Weeks (SISM) will take place from October 5 to 18, 2026, around the theme: “For our mental health, let’s open ourselves to the arts”. In the network of Parisian libraries, this flagship event will highlight the essential role of artistic creation in our well‑being and, beyond that, the recovery journey of people suffering from mental disorders.
Program: performances, round‑table discussions, writing, dance or art therapy workshops. These meetings invite you to explore the links between creative expression and mental health, to meet artists and committed professionals, sometimes affected by the disorders.
Also an opportunity to obtain information on mental health care and support resources offered in Paris.
