The Little Piano Girl: The Story of Mary Lou Williams, Jazz Legend, a youth album about the life of jazz pianist and composer Mary Lou Williams, a major figure too long relegated to the margins of history.
Reading in two languages (English and French), followed by listening to songs and a time of exchange around Mary Lou Williams, jazz history and notions of discrimination. A session included in the project "Women in Jazz", another jazz story, which highlights women's contributions to jazz.
Duration: 50 minutes. All audiences from 7 years old. Each seat is €13 online (one-off rate, valid for 1 person, child or adult). Doors open 30 minutes before. Reservations are highly recommended.
