La Villette's outdoor film festival is a must-see of the Parisian summer. On the screen, adventure, emotion, humour, suspense and conviviality are at the rendezvous every evening, to dream, laugh, cry or thrill at the beautiful star.
Outdoor cinema is the meeting, on an exceptional site, of thousands of people, around the pleasure of cinema. After a year of pause linked to the hosting of the Club France, as part of the Olympic and Paralympic Games in Paris 2024, the festival returns with a new formula.
This year, it is changing to offer even more cinema in open access and for all audiences. Thanks to a new LED screen, La Villette offers an additional session for a family audience at 6 pm with a selection of intergenerational films and mainly animation. Followed by a session at 9 p.m. which proposes films intended for the greatest.
