As part of the Autumn of Science, the library offers The biomimetic machine, a creative workshop for children organized by Future on the rise. By drawing inspiration from the amazing powers of nature — to see in darkness as the owl, to steal silently as the eagle or to self-regulate as the nautilus — the participants slip into the skin of engineers and engineers in biomimetism. Using tampons, children imagine hybrid machines inspired by life to better protect our environment.
