Driven by an energy where contemporary jazz, hip‑hop, gospel and fusion intersect, the Brit‑Nigerian drummer and composer Jon Onabowu has established himself as one of the distinctive voices of the new London scene. Founder of the Cosmic Fusion nights at Ronnie Scott's in London and collaborator with artists such as Theo Croker, Venna or the Balimaya Project, he develops music guided by groove, collective listening and improvisation in motion. By his side, Swaéli Mbappé on bass, Toto Gil on keyboards and INSXGHT on keyboards give shape to this quartet with multiple horizons, where deep rhythms, electronic textures and improvised surges respond to each other in a single pulse.
