The 3rd edition of the Festival Femme Mariachi Europe (FFME 2026) will be held from 25 to 27 September in Paris, with several official events organised in the French capital. This edition pays tribute to those who have opened the way: the women who broke the barriers and allowed that today a growing number of artists rise on stage with sombrero, violin, trumpet and guitarrón. The FFME 2026 is dedicated to those who started everything.

With more than 50 artists on stage, coming from three countries, the FFME has established itself as one of the mariachi events with greater international visibility and as an essential platform for the global visibility of its performers; artists of a musical genre recognized by UNESCO as an intangible cultural heritage of humanity.

This edition is also part of the celebrations of the bicentenary of diplomatic relations between France and Mexico. Beyond the concerts, the public will be able to discover a photographic exhibition dedicated to the history of mariachis women, inaugurated on September 15, as well as a conference and an outdoor performance.
