From 7 to 9 September 2026, Rialto Theatre in Limassol, Cyprus, in collaboration with Cine Lesxi Lemesos, presents EXPLICIT — a bold new three-day film retrospective dedicated to works that provoked, challenged, and expanded the boundaries of cinematic expression.

The inaugural edition of EXPLICIT is devoted entirely to Lars von Trier, showcasing five landmark films that continue to spark debate around art, violence, consent, censorship, and freedom of expression. These are not simply screenings — they are an invitation to watch, question, and discuss. Selected films will be shown with subtitles.
