Nicosia welcomes Nightly Nikomanoli for a "strong" Cretan evening

Nikomanelis Niktaris, one of the younger and particularly distinctive representatives of contemporary Cretan music, is coming to Cyprus for an evening full of tradition, emotion and authentic Cretan melodies.
With the characteristic timbre of his voice and his own unique interpretation, Niktaris continues to serve the Cretan musical tradition, while giving it a more modern breath. His repertoire includes beloved Cretan songs and hits such as “Katachnia,” “Keranos,” “Se mia korfi” and “Ena Palikari 20 Chronon.”
At the same time, the artist presents “Mana Mou, Min Klais,” a moving song with strong traditional Cretan elements, dedicated to mothers who have lost their children. The music is signed by Vasilis Koumentakas and Apostolis Kyriakidis, with lyrics by Vasilis Koumentakas.
Nikomanelis Niktaris will appear on Wednesday September 30 at La Maison Vrachos, in a musical evening that promises to bring the sound, emotion and authenticity of Crete to Cyprus.
