Traditional Flavors Festival in Gialo! We invite you to discover Gialic gastronomy in its most authentic form!
A unique initiative that showcases our cultural heritage and the authentic recipes kept alive by the generations of our village.
In the village square, then, on 9 August you will taste finger pastries, little purees, kattimeria, pies, carob‑syrup cookies, traditional leavened breads, etc.
In the event area, experiential workshops will operate for the preparation of traditional dishes.
The event is part of the broader Summer Events Program of the Gialo Community Council. It takes place under the support of the Deputy Ministry of Tourism, within the framework of its plans for the revival of the Cypriot countryside.
We welcome you all to taste the tradition of our place!
