On the occasion of the 37th edition of the Mental Health Information Weeks, from October 5 to 18, 2026, which has the theme: “For our mental health, let’s open ourselves to the arts”,
With:
Lisa Mandel, author notably of Se rétablir, a chronicle on recovery in mental health, published by Exemplaire editions which she created, and of HP, published by L'Association editions.
Lucie Morel, French artist and PhD student at VU Amsterdam. Her work sits at the intersection of artistic creation and research. She is the author of the autobiographical comic book Toc Toc, published by Même pas mal (2025), in which she recounts her experience of obsessive‑compulsive disorder (OCD). Through this book, she shows how drawing can make visible realities often difficult to express, invisible or stigmatized.
The meeting will be moderated by Eva Mazur, peer health mediator in psychiatry, trainer and consultant in mental health. Her work is dedicated to the promotion of recovery, peer‑support and the recognition of experiential knowledge as levers for transforming mental health practices. She is co‑author of Aider – Les clefs pour apprendre à observer, écouter et accompagner (Michel Lafon, 2023).
At the end of the meeting there will be the opening of the exhibition Les Piailleries: Hypersensible‑Hyperpouvoir, created by La Maison Perchée and presented at the Robert Sabatier library from October 6 to 18.
Online registration from August 31.
