Born under the direction of pianist David Bressat, the French Connection group brings several pieces by illustrious French composers back into fashion. In the manner of American standards, it revives the songs and tunes that cradled our childhood with original arrangements.
Created 4 years ago, this trio brings together demanding and close‑knit musicians: David Bressat is on piano and arrangements, Charles Clayette on drums and Thomas Belin on double bass.
The group performs either as a trio or as a sextet with three exceptional female musicians:
violinist Caroline Bugala, singer Luna Garcia Odin and cellist Maud Fournier. Three guests who offer their talent and sensitivity in the service of French Connection.
