Systema is a free and instinctive martial art
Russian origin. His innovative approach led Loïc Santiago to collaborate with
Circassians, dancers, musicians, caregivers...
She
based, not as is the traditional case on learning
technical, but on generic and transversal principles
allowing to exceed the strictly martial frame. Its objective,
through exploration and transformation of perceptive habits and
drive, is to lead the practitioner to a great adaptability.
Teaching is therefore based on learning principles related to
combat and everyday life that promote improvisation in
any circumstances. Particularly well suited to people
need to maintain a calm and sensitive presence under conditions
stressors, Systema uses martial support as a pretext
to be able to transpose these competences to any
daily situation (anxiety, chronic pain, examinations, accidents)
of everyday life... ) as well as cousin practices posing
the question of improvisation such as dance, theatre or
circus.
There
where the majority of martial arts begin at the place of
Confrontation, the vision of the martial practice of Loïc Santiago proposes to consider
the encounter from its place of uncertainty, unpredictability
– where it is not yet known whether it will shift to sharing a
terrace coffee, a courteous ignorance, the need to flee or
act as quickly as possible to shorten the said meeting. This way of not limiting the practice of the Systema to the universe of confrontation allows its clear articulation with ethics understood as an art of clarifying, asserting and protecting what one is interested in. The main issue of the Systema will be to approach the movement since its articulation with perception and affect.

During these five
Weekends, Loïc Santiago will propose an evolution that will sweep away these notions and, if
a personal work prolongs them, will anchor a good base
practice – a mapping able to guide us in our
Martial peregrinations. Emphasis will be placed on how training can be built to open up to more intensity and commitment.
In order to support this orientation, resource persons will be present during the internships. They will serve as a basis and support for the emergence and maintenance of a high quality of attention and presence within this increased commitment.
Particular attention will be paid to ensuring that everyone finds their place, regardless of their stakes, even if they are less martial or less physical. The goal is to preserve what makes the group rich: a rare blend, in the field of martial arts, of genres and ages.

Loïc Santiago has a State Patent of Educator
First degree sportsman in his first discipline, Yoseikan Budo. He's
Since 2010 he has been passionate about Systema, a discipline in which he is
Full Instructor (Full Instructor) training first in Paris
with Jérôme Kadian and since 2012, every year in Toronto and Moscow
to Vladimir Vasiliev, Emmanuel Manolokakis and many others.
At the same time, he has taken both the Yoga of Kashmir by Eric Baret and the
Contact Improvisation, where somatic practices (Sensory movement,
BMC, Feldenkrais, Alexander... with joy and greed.

Note: Partial holdings are not
possible.
Children can participate in the internship. If they are 10 and 14, they must
be accompanied by their parents and over the age of 14, a simple agreement
parenting is necessary.
