But how does one retain an immaterial culture, whose transmission is mainly oral? Through this conference visit, discover the various facets of this particular mission of the Pavillons de Bercy, the first objects highlighted by Jean Paul Favand, to his participation in the UNESCO recognition of the mobile culture to the Immaterial Cultural Heritage.
