A youth audience cine-concert tracing the steps of Georges Méliès, the cinema magician!
Former illusionist turned pioneer of the 7th art, Méliès turned the screen into a playground where anything becomes possible: fantastic journeys, fairy creatures, and extraordinary machines.
Through the images of Voyage à travers l’impossible and du Royaume des fées, the spectators embark on adventures as spectacular as they are dreamlike. In one, a troupe of daring explorers traverses incredible landscapes — fantastical mountains, raging oceans or star‑filled skies — in an extravagant expedition worthy of a child's dream. In the other, the audience dives into an enchanted world populated by princesses, fairies and metamorphoses, where the heroes face a thousand trials before finding the light again.
To accompany these imaginary worlds, piano, cello and electric guitar weave a live, astonishing and poetic soundscape. Between jazz and contemporary textures, the music brings to life the wild adventures of the characters invented by Méliès.
A visual and musical show full of surprises, like an open door to imagination and adventure — to discover with family from age 4!
Duration: 50 minutes. All audiences from 4 years old. Each ticket is €13 online (single rate, valid for 1 person, child or adult). Doors open 30 minutes early. Reservations highly recommended.
