Chuseok 2026 at the Jardin d’Acclimatation: celebrate the Korean Harvest Festival

The weekend will begin with the grand opening parade, which will set the tone for these two days dedicated to celebration and sharing! 25 musicians, 30 models in Hanbok and a royal couple will march through the aisles of the Jardin to offer visitors a colorful spectacle, to the rhythm of traditional Korean percussion.
Korean shows and animations on the main stage
A rich program will be continuously showcased on the main stage:
Commented Hanbok parade, to discover traditional Korean costumes, their colors and their symbolism
Giant calligraphy performance, an artistic show around Korean writing
Taekwondo demonstration to K‑pop rhythms
K‑pop dance initiation Arirang
Traditional Ganggangsullae dance, performed in a large circle on the lawns of the Jardin.
Not to mention the famous K‑pop singing contest (Saturday) and K‑pop dance contest (Sunday)
Immersive workshops for everyone
Want to participate rather than just watch? Throughout the weekend, numerous immersive workshops will allow visitors to learn various Korean skills and traditions. The program includes:
Korean calligraphy
Minhwa, Korean folk painting, on fans and paper scrolls
Jihwajang, the traditional art of paper flowers
Sagunja painting
Origami introduction
Traditional Ganggangsullae dance
Discovery of traditional Korean music
A fun way to discover Chuseok traditions and get introduced to Korean culture with family or friends.
Crafts, K‑beauty, webtoons and Korean culture
Throughout the weekend, the Jardin d’Acclimatation will host a true Korean village, bringing together various stalls dedicated to Korean crafts, creation and culture. Visitors will be able to discover traditional objects and skills, but also explore the world of K‑beauty, webtoons.
A chance to stroll among the stalls, chat with exhibitors, discover new creations and extend their immersion in Korean culture between shows or workshops.
A tasty stop
It’s impossible to celebrate Chuseok without sharing a good meal!
For two days, food stalls will offer visitors the chance to discover different K‑food specialties: Mayak Kimbap, Tteokbokki, Sundae and many other flavors.
