Biblis en folie, the National Days dedicated to libraries and media libraries, is an operation of the Ministry of Culture that aims to celebrate these leading cultural institutions, their programming, their services and their presence on the territory.
Readings, exhibitions, games, screenings, workshops, meetings and debates… these events are free and open to everyone. Conceived as a large popular festival, Biblis en folie now joins the major national events of the ministry (Nuit des musées, Journées européennes du patrimoine etc.)
