This sophro-poetry workshop (body techniques, breathing, writing) is
a gentle exploration of the verbs "care" and "take
care".
A workshop proposed by Marcella, poet and sophrologist.
Words and care in the same breath around the sophropoesy workshops that I anime. I write with my hands, my arms, my stomach, my chest, my legs, the sole of my feet... Engaged in the movement of life.
