As part of the 3rd Rebetiko Festival coming to the Patthichio of Limassol
After the announcement of the concert that will take place on October 6 at the Amphitheater of the School for the Blind in Nicosia, two more big music evenings starring Giorgos Dalaras are coming.
Specifically, the great performer will take the stage of the Patthichio Amphitheater in Limassol on October 8 and 9, as part of the 3rd Rebetiko Festival, offering the Cypriot audience two more opportunities to enjoy this unique musical performance.
For the past two years, Giorgos Dalaras has been presenting, with huge success, a concert dedicated to rebetiko, traveling to the most important European capitals. From London and Paris to Stockholm, Hamburg and Amsterdam, his shows are held in packed venues, receiving a warm reception both from the public and the press.
On stage he is supported by an excellent group of musicians, along with the voices of Aspasia Stratigou, Marianna Katsimicha, Anatoli Margarola and Vasilis Korakakis, in a program that highlights the timeless value of the rebetiko song.
In October, this special musical journey makes an important stop in Cyprus, a place that loves and knows rebetiko well.
Tickets for the Nicosia concert are available from €25 to €50, while more information about the performances in Limassol is expected soon.
