The Embassy of the Czech Republic in Cyprus, with the support of the Municipality of Paphos, invites you to a special evening of classical music—a concert by the renowned Guarneri Trio Prague, one of the world’s leading piano trios.
The concert will take place as part of the Czech Music Week in Cyprus program and will feature works by outstanding Czech composers.
The Guarneri Trio Prague was founded in 1986 by Ivan Klansky, Čeněk Pavlík, and Marek Jeri. For more than four decades, the ensemble has maintained the same lineup and has performed at major music festivals and prestigious concert venues across Europe, the Americas, Asia, and Australia.
The trio’s recordings of works by Beethoven, Schubert, Brahms, Mozart, Mendelssohn, Shostakovich, and Dvořák have repeatedly won international awards, including the Diapason d’Or and the Choc. The musicians are also known for their educational activities and for conducting master classes around the world.
