Agathe Francopoulo, Francesco Cosentini and Nils Wekstein, respectively voice, guitar and percussion, explore a chosen repertoire of Brazilian songs ranging from bossa nova to popular samba, including the new MPB (musica popular brasileira).
The trio brings together three musicians with a unique track: an Italian and Gypsy music guitarist, an Afro-Cuban percussion specialist and a passionate singer who has always been in Brazil. Guided by the intense and aerial voice of Agathe, they perform this style with personal arrangements and some original compositions, moving from the most delicate Saudade to the lively rhythms that make the richness of Brazilian music.
